Mimiragdoll Cat Boarding Hotel Policy
Vaccinations & Flea Control
All of our guests are required to show proof of current vaccination & flea medication 48 hours prior to check-in. Our requirements are as follows:
  • Vaccinations MUST be administered a minimum 10 days prior to check in date.
  • FVRCP: Mandatory within the last 3 years for all guests.
  • Rabies: Mandatory for outdoor cats & cats lives in a home with a dog within the last 3 years.
  • Flea treatment: Mandatory within 6 months to 48 hours prior to entering the facility. Current vet papers or a video showing you doing the flea treatment to our guest is required.
  • Spayed/ Neutered: All guests 6 months or older, must be spayed or neutered
  • Your cat must be in good health. If there are any undisclosed health concerns, please contact us before your cat's check-in date. We reserve the right to refuse any guest with a potentially contagious condition or an unstable medical condition.
  • In the event that a condition evades our detection or is not informed to us prior to check-in, we reserve the right to pursue liability for 2 years, including medical expenses (for all cats that are at risk), damages and reputational damage, etc. Your cat's safety and the health of all our guests are our top priorities.
Grooming
Hair and Cleaning: We offer brushing services for our guests if they are cooperative. Please note that we do not provide bathing, grooming, or nail cutting services. In case a guest soils themselves, we will perform area cleaning if the guest is cooperative. Nails: For the safety of our staff and other guests, we kindly request that all guests have their nails clipped short before checking in.
Food
Guests are to bring their own food to prevent any gastrointestinal issues that switching food may cause. Please bring enough food and some extra for the duration of the stay
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm your reservation. Balance payment is due 7 days before guests check-in. You can pay the remaining balance through "Check Your Booking" or your card will be automatically charged 7 days before the check-in date. If booking is made less than 1 weeks prior to check-in date, full payment is required to confirm the booking. We accept online payments and e-transfer.
Cancellations & Change
30 days before check-in date: -Full refund for cancellation. -Change of booking dates is permitted, but subject to availability 15-29 days prior to check-in date: -Deposit is not refundable for cancellation -Change of booking dates is permitted, but subject to availability 8-14 days prior to check-in date: -Deposit is not refundable for cancellation -Change of booking dates is permitted with additional 2 night stay as penalty, but subject to availability No Refunds/Changes once we fall within 7 days before check in and once boarding has commenced.
