What to Bring:
1. Proof of current vaccination and flea medication, to be provided for confirmation at least 48 hours before check-in.
2. A carrier or leash for your cat's safety.
3. Enough food to cover the duration of stay, along with a little extra.
4. In order to help our guest adjust the new environment quickly, we recommend you bring 2 - 3 personal items for your cat. For example, a blanket, toys. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
*Please understand that, for the well-being of all our guests, if we discover during check-in that your cat does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service until the policy is met. Regrettably, any paid portion will not be refunded in such cases. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Weekdays : 4:30pm to 9 pm
Weekend : 11 am to 9 pm
*A specific reservation time is required so that we may fully attend to your cat's specific needs and give a complete "tour" of the facility and answer all of your questions without interruptions.
